ADMISSION

We are delighted that you’re considering Yuganta School for your child’s education.

Admission is open from Playgroup to Grade VII for every academic year. Application Form is readily available at the front desk and is to be submitted to the Main Office upon being filled. Since the best way to experience our school is to visit us, please make an appointment with the school administration to get an immersive day-to-day school experience.

The School Public Relation Officer and the Admission Officer will provide you with detailed information regarding the school and its admission procedure.

ENTRANCE TEST

Entrance examinations are part of the admission process. Once the application forms are submitted, parents/guardians will be notified of entrance tests. Tests are conducted for a group of students in Math, English, Science, Nepali and general knowledge to evaluate their knowledge and capabilities.

REGISTRATION

The applicant must be registered in school to be considered for the admission in Yuganta School through an entrance exam. Application form is available in the account section, which can be obtained along with a school brochure. The applicant should submit the following testimonials with the submission of application form, if the student is transferred from another school.

  • Transfer Certificate
  • Character Certificate
  • Progress Report Card

Other testimonials should be submitted as per the demand of the Admission Officer.

INTERVIEW

The written test is followed by an interview with the successful candidates and the authorized guardian/parent. The interview panelist consists of the admission committee including the Principal. The one-on-one session is a great way for the parents and the school authorities to know the children and the parents, and vice-versa.

We highly encourage parents to bring as many questions as they can for the school concerning education and their children.

SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarship is provided to deserving students on merit-basis. The school also considers providing scholarships to needy candidates. Please ask for the Scholarship Form at the Front Desk along with the Application Form.
