“I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I understand,”- Confucius
Taking students out of their classroom into a new environment teaches them the skill of social adjustment, teamwork, cooperation, and provides enjoyable learning experience. Our students of grade 3, 4 and 5 experienced this during their educational excursion to Bandipur. Students collected lifelong memories of mesmerizing view of sunrise from the Tundikhel, the sunset view from Adventure Camp, hiking to Shiva temple and the local market. They interacted with the local people and inquired about their culture, tradition and local products. They also had the conversation with visiting international tourists about their experience in Bandipur. All in all, It has been a very successful trip to bring about prepared environment and suitable condition for our curious young learners through participatory approach.
